Kim has worked in the nuclear industry for 20 years. Her career began with technical roles, with the gradual transition to corporate strategy and business development. Kim held various leadership roles, navigating complex challenges and aligning strategies to create meaningful change. Along the way, she realized the immense value of integrating the timeless principles of wellness and harmony into the fast-paced demands of modern life and leadership.

Today, she focuses on helping others find clarity and connection—within themselves and in their professional and personal lives. Through professional and private coaching, leadership workshops, group coaching, and keynote speaking, she guides her clients in aligning their values, goals, and actions to create purposeful, sustainable success.

Kim is a Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) trained coach, and is a candidate for official CPCC certification in July 2025. The certification is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Kim holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Physics & Management, with focus areas in Nuclear and Optics, and a Master of Business Administration Degree in the Management of Innovation & New Technology; both from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Kim also earned a certificate in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation & Application from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Kim holds certifications in Yoga & Ayurveda from At The Core Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda in London, Ontario, Canada, in association with the American Institute of Vedic Studies in Sante Fe, New Mexico, USA. She is a Yoga & Ayurveda instructor at a local studio, and enjoys seeing the connection of these practices to everyday life; how what we experience “on the mat” is often a metaphor to what we experience in career and family life.
