What does it truly mean to lead? Not from a title, a role, or a performance, but from the inside out? The Heart of Every Great Leader: The Essentials is a dynamic, two-hour workshop that invites women in the nuclear industry to step back from the busyness of their professional lives and reconnect with the inner foundations of effective, authentic leadership.

Drawing on four core inner capacities, Self-Awareness, Self-Acceptance, Self-Authority, and Self-Compassion, this workshop creates an intentional space for reflection, connection, and personal insight. Participants will explore how these foundational qualities shape their decision-making, resilience under pressure, and ability to build trust with others.

Through facilitated discussion, experiential exercises, guided reflection, and meaningful peer connection, participants will leave with a clearer sense of who they are as leaders and a tangible commitment to lead more authentically going forward.
