Our coaching journey always begins with a 90-minute Discovery Session to learn more about one another, create a designed alliance, and discuss important topics like confidentiality, trust, vulnerability, and accountability towards one another.
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes in duration. We often CO-CREATE “homeplay” tasks to put into action the concepts we discuss on our calls to help you overcome potential roadblocks to success and to simply feel good in your day-to-day life.
Through PAY-AS-YOU-GO coaching, Kim works with clients through an initial four commitment, with an opportunity to continue the journey of self-discovery, growth, and fulfillment in a format that works for you.
leadership workshops & group coaching
Sunlit Strategic works with teams, through leadership workshops and group coaching, to level up aspects of the group dynamic. Leadership workshops are geared towards self-discovery and empowering participants to lead authentically and purposefully. Group coaching can be tailored to specific teams, whether it be a new team that is forming or to reinvigorate well-established organizations.
Sunlit Strategic can work with organizations to use existing leadership workshop and group coaching templates as a starting point, and then tailor the delivery to suit the specific needs of the organization. Each organization is unique and comprised of individuals that have their own leader within, strengths and capabilities, but maybe also limiting beliefs, stories, or deep-grooved patterns that can be brought to light and explored in a meaningful way.
